Daniel helped me with this. After remoting in it took him about 90 seconds to find and fix the problem with a registry hack. Just previously I was told that I had to pay $35 for that fix, even though the product was licensed about six months ago. This news came from "Randy," who blamed it on my Outlook client. I find that deceptive and outrageous, especially since it took a qualified person less than 2 minutes to find and fix the problem. The way I calculate it, that's $1,050/hour. Complete and total rip-off attempt. Outrageous.
