Today Tyler did an incredible job helping me clean out my duplicate Contacts and he stuck with it to the end, including helping to sync my Outlook & Google calendars, despite Google calendar issues that had nothing to do with Tyler. Plus, I understand what to do going forward to maintain what was done today.
